Located in the front part of the villa, the first apartment consists of two bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen (utensils, crockery, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher), a living room with a fireplace and finally a veranda with plenty of light and a magnificent sea view.

A dining table and a barbeque are also available at the garden.
